Fall has come. One of the biggest things about fall is food! There are so many seasonal vegetables we should appreciate and one of them is pumpkin. I happened to find Japanese pumpkin at a grocery store and cooked pumpkin gratin.
Pumpkin creamy sauce with macaroni, onion, shrimps and scallops topped with mozzarella cheese and parsley. It is a bit hard to see, but I used pumpkin skin as a dish and I could eat the skin which is very nutritious after I finish inside.
Got some extra filling? Put them in baking cups, bake them and save them for your bento box:)
