King Crab

Alaskan king crab is (or was) in season this week. I have never tried king crab in Vancouver and was very excited to experience!

According to my Chinese friend, each parts are served in a different way and usually there are three typical dishes.

Legs – boiled and topped with garlic & green onion

It was very tasty! As it is expensive for me, I don’t think I can go eat again this season. However, I hope I can get dundas crab or smaller one and cook at home. Maybe next payday…
